In case you weren’t aware the time is now 11:12. Normal people are sleep right now but for me no such luck. If your new to my blog I suffer from insomnia. Majority of my nights are sleepless. If I do manage to get some sleep, if I am awakened then I can’t get back to sleep. This has been an ongoing issue and I want to say that it started after I had my second daughter. It has been going on for such a long time that it almost seems normal, but its not. I envy the people who have the ability to fall asleep and stay that way. You guys are truly lucky, that’s where I need to be.
Come in Solution
I know that this is not something that will just go away. I am normally not a person that takes medicine. I believe that for every medication the side effects are triple that and causes even further problems. That’s just me don’t send me any hate mail. I’m jisy joking, I’m a mom with a sense of humor of course, I’m only human. I have started taking melatonin because my body needs a good nights rest.
Well, spill the beans
Since I have been taking melatonin I worried about the side effects. Then I think that without it I may go back to constantly being awake. The good outweighed the bad in this situation. So fat nothing has happened, no I didn’t from a third arm. So I think its safe to say that I am going to make it.
It takes time
I have to say that when I take the melatonin it does not take effect immediately. Remember to give the vitamin 30 minutes. I hope that everyone has an awesome well deserved good nights rest. Stay safe ❤
